leaving the blogging world

i have decided that i need to spend less time on the computer and watching t.v. so i am giving myself an hour on the computer a day and an hour to watch t.v. the rest of my spare time is going to be reading the scriptures or reading other church things, or some good books. i just realized that i watch way too much t.v. and am on the computer too much, so to make sure i only spend an hour at both i am getting rid of my blog, or just not posting every often. i decided that if this is supposed to be a journal then i might as well take the same time and actually write in a journal that i have. I have a lot on my mind this last week or so and really need to write it down but don't want the whole world to know and then tell every one else so good bye to blogging! i will still be stalking people but i just won't be out there to stalk back! See yA!

My Husband

I have been seeing a lot of couples that are all so happy and talk about how much they enjoy spending every minute they have with their spouse, so i started to think if i was happy spending every minute with my spouse. I work, live, sleep, eat, drive, etc.. with him every day, i see my husband 24-7 except for a couple days out of the week that i work at our other location. So i was sitting here thinking if i love spending every minute i have with my husband and my answer is.....YES! of course i do, once we get home at night he likes to run and hide in our room and play video games as much as possible (that is is get away time) which doesn't happen too much, he ends up looking up the sports scores and doesn't get any further. He ends up staying up later then i like to myself (we do have to get up at 7 each morning, or earlier) so most of the time i fall asleep by myself, last night i convinced him to go to bed with me and read me a book he started to read to me in the car last night. He started making voice impressions of the poeple and was cracking me up! i guess his mom heard in the next room over and also thought it was pretty funny! i have decided that this needs to be a regular thing, i need more fun books that we both can enjoy together as we go to sleep. I LOVE YOU JEFF!

The Great Year of 2009!

So it's 2009, and i have been meaning to actually sit down and write some goals out but haven't gotten around to it yet, but it's never too late, you don't have to write them down as soon as the clock strikes midnight. I am only going to write a few of my goals, but i have a lot more that i will write down once i have a minute to relax and think hard about them.
1. be more spiritual, read and pray more, study church lessons before church on Sundays
2. be a better wife, daughter, aunt, granddaughter, daughter in law, sister in law, sister, etc.
3. learn to scrapbook better so i can make my own cards for everything, and have them done a head of time.
4. work harder.
5. clean more often
6. visit my grandparent's more often
so those are just a couple things i can think of off the top of my head but i do have many, many more, spend less money is another one.
i had a great Christmas, and New Year's was pretty low key. I love the holidays and being able to see all my family is always nice! Jeff and i spent both at his parent's house, i was going to go into town to watch my mom open the present i got her, but it was snowing like crazy, so i made her open it on Christmas Eve, i think she enjoyed it! she was showing everyone right after! i made her a calander of all 12 of her grandkids, this year she will have 13 so i figured that i made it just in time! each kid got their own month and i think i did a pretty good job for just learning how to scrapbook! i have to thank my sister in law for getting me the calander, and all the nieces and nephews for letting me take their pictures! I have some pretty dang cute nieces and nephews! i didn't get pictures of the end project because my camera was acting up, but i am sure my mom has it hanging up somewhere so the WORLD can see it! i hope everyone had a great christmas and hope 2009 is great for every one!

Well, we are moved in for the most part. The only thing we have to do is get out of our boxes and get things in order and we will be good. Things are all out of the living room and stuff. Our couches didn't fit like we thought so we have two love seats and a chair in there with the t.v. and then our bed up in the loft area! So far we are liking it! We shovel almost every day and watch the snow fall off the roof every once in a while. I thought i would post some pictures. Facebook isn't working at the current moment or i would just post them on there because i wanted to show my dad how much more snow we have out here then he has at his house! What they have there is about what we were in our first night out here, so here is a picture the first night and then today! and a cute picture of our little dog Brody! We weren't going to get him and in the end, ended up with him anyways and he is so much fun, still learning the whole potty training thing, but is doing well! learning how to walk on a leash and is loving annoying the other dog Chia. it's pretty funny! I hope every one has a wonderful Christmas! i will write more as soon as i get more stuff to talk about! Also Happy Birthday to my Brother Tad! so it's taking forever for these photos so i will down load my puppy picture later.

Packing, Packing, and more packing

We are getting ready to move for about 6 months, i have been doing a room at a time, and getting rid of as much junk as possible, i really don't want to be moving junk from one house to the next, so it's kind of nice to get rid of so much stuff, but at the same time getting annoying having to pack everything up. Since Jeff just had his appendix taking out, i am basically left packing by myself, and since i work full time and it's coming into Christmas i have to work a little more, so even less time to pack up, i need help how to get motivated enough to just pack up the rest of the house and then just get a few trucks and move all my stuff, some of it is going to storage (a lot of the boxes) and then the rest will go with us. i have packed up most of my kitchen except the things i still need and have 3 boxes there, i have 2 boxes from my computer room, and got one garbage bag to take to the goodwill of my clothes, and now i just need to start putting things in a box and then i have my laundry room, my bathrooms and i think that will be it! I feel like we don't have nearly as much as most people do, but maybe i do have a lot of stuff, i haven't had to move too much, from my old lot to the new one in 1995 and then again in 2006 and then now. so yeah i am not used to moving too much. I thought that maybe music would help me since it does to clean, but no it doesn't help, so i don't know how to finish this packing, i think we decided we wanted to be moved before or shortly as possible after it starts to snow. Hopefully in the next couple weeks. i probably could get it all packed up in a day but i don't want to pack everything up and then not be able to move right away. I really just need to find a few trucks too because that is stressing me of how many trips we are going to have to take. So if any one knows people with trucks that could haul a few couches and beds that would be great! if not i am sure we can figure something out. We are going to be moving like 45 mins out of town so people might not want to drive all the way out there, it's understandable. Well i guess i am going to go either fall asleep or try to pack a little bit up. Thanks

Tonsils

Now that we have a big expensive hospital, doctor, nurse, and every one else bill we have to pay for, things are just getting better! it seems like when i am on the right path to start getting things paid down, that things happen, i ended up with a cold a few days ago, it started with the whole sore throat thing and so i took some nyquil and headed to bed, the next morning i woke up with a really stuffy nose and everything else you get with a cold, well i thought it would start going away, well last night i went to bed, and woke up about 2 this morning with my throat burning, i haven't been able to sleep to well all night, and finally felt my throat and my tonsils, are HUGE again. Yes i said again, i had this same problem last year and was going to get them taken out and then realized i had to pay taxes and other medical bills that there was no way i could afford to get my tonsils done, and thought that i would just hold off. I am freaking out this morning because i know i really need to get them done, but that is just going to be another 10 grand that i didn't have to spend in the first place. I am going to try to hold off again, but i just don't know how much longer i can hold off for. I might have to make my final decision once we get Jeff's medical bills. I know it's not his fault and its okay, I just need to remember to keep paying my tithing, and have the faith that we will be okay, and blessed in the end. If any one has good ideas of what to do while i let these HUGE tonsils sit in my throat for the time being that would be great!
